Sandisiwe Ncube
Associate Director- Business Development
Sandisiwe Ncube is a Zimbabwean development economist with over 10 years experience across various projects and countries. She has considerable experience within financial inclusion (microinsurance, distribution of financial services and regulatory reform and design), digital financial inclusion, data analysis and women's economic empowerment and inclusion. She has worked extensively across Africa and Asia namely Bangladesh, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Namibia, Mozambique, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe.
Faith Kobusingye Mugambwa
Senior Associate - Digital Financial Services
Faith is a Digital Financial Services (DFS) expert with over 18 years working experience the payments and financial services sector. She is well versed in Product development, Strategy formulation and implementation, Project management, Strategic marketing, and Retail banking. Faith’s experience includes working with both private sector and government agencies to implement different viable inclusive payment ecosystems and value propositions. She has worked in various countries across East and Southern Africa.
Kim Chatterjee
Senior Associate - Human Centered Design
Kim is a Human Centered Design (HCD) expert with over 17 years' experience in human centred design and spanning multiple countries in Asia and East Africa. She is a nomadic user experience (UX) designer, behaviour change enthusiast, communicator, business analyst, problem solver, storyteller, facilitator, trainer, gofer, team nurturer and all-round optimist.

Juliet Munro
Juliet is the Director-FSD Network Directorate, responsible for overseeing projects in credit, agricultural finance, housing finance and digital finance, among others. She has gained over 20 years’ international development and inclusive finance experience as a researcher, strategy developer and programme manager. Before joining FSD Africa she was Zambia Coordinator for FinMark Trust, a regional financial inclusion programme, during which she managed projects in insurance, financial capability and digital finance, and coordinated national financial inclusion surveys.
Titus Kalenga
Titus has over 45 years of professional experience in insurance and banking sectors. Titus worked for Zambia State Insurance Corporation (ZSIC) for 23 years and with Nico Insurance Zambia (part of Sanlam group of companies) for 19 years. Titus has served and continues serve on several company boards of directors including commercial banks, insurance and reinsurance companies. Titus also served as Secretary General of the Eastern and Southern African Insurers for 15 years.
Shipango Muteto
Shipango Muteto, a Zambian citizen and Insurance Executive, Practitioner/Manager and consultant, with over 34 years of hands on Insurance, Reinsurance, Risk Management and Marketing experience, in the Eastern & Southern African Insurance and Reinsurance Industry, with International exposure. A chartered Insurer with the Chartered Insurance Institute of the UK, Fellow of the Insurance Institute of Zambia, an Associate of the Zambia Institute of Marketing, a member of the Institution of Fire Engineers, who has over the years worked in various capacities both in the technical and management positions for a number of insurance companies.
Ayandev Saha
Ayandev has over a decade of design and implementation experience in pension, life, health and agriculture insurance scheme(s) across Afro - Asia region. He has led several World Bank, ADB and donor funded (e.g., USAID, UKAID, IFAD) projects and advised governments, regulators, associations and insurers on social security schemes, regulations and strategies for building mass markets. He has worked extensively in areas of product development, relationship management and facilitating tie-ups with partners and donors to provide insurance and pension solutions to the low-income households. Ayandev has served as the Strategic Advisor - Financial Sector Development Directorate in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, Government of Rwanda.
